Instant Pot Steak and Potatoes makes the juicy steak so tender with creamy mashed potatoes and gravy. All together in the Instant Pot at the same time!
An entire meal in the Instant Pot and you can even cook everything at the same time! It is so simple, easy, fast and tasty! Tender juicy steak with that you can cut with a fork drizzled with flavorful brown gravy on top of creamy mashed potatoes.

Steak and Potatoes Ingredients needed:
stew meat
olive oil
potatoes
beef broth
butter
milk
flour
Steak Marinade Ingredients needed:
soy sauce
Worcestershire sauce
olive oil
minced garlic dried
minced onion dried
How to make Instant Pot Steak & Potatoes:
Place the stew meat in a ziploc bag, add in all of the marinade ingredients. Put in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours or even overnight.
Once ready, place the oil in the Instant Pot on the saute function. Brown the meat.
Peel and cut potatoes into cubes while the meat is browning.
Once the meat has browned, remove the meat and deglaze the pot with the beef broth.
Place the potatoes into the steamer basket and place the steamer basket on top of the meat.
Pressure cook on HIGH for 18 minutes, with a 10 minute Natural pressure release.
Remove potatoes and mash with 2 tbsp. butter, 1/4 cup milk, salt and pepper.
Turn the Instant Pot onto saute and once the meat and gravy are bubbling, create a paste with 1 tbsp and flour. Let simmer for a few minutes to thicken up the gravy.
Pour the gravy over the meat and mashed potatoes, enjoy.

- • 3 tbsp butter
- • 1/4 cup milk
- • 5 tsp flour
- • salt and pepper to taste
