Potatoes are a go-to side dish at our house. From russet potatoes, red potatoes, or sweet potatoes… we love them all! The flavor of these are just soo good, they may be my VERY favorite Instant Pot potato!!
Making these little babies are soo easy! The secret ingredient is the touch of garlic powder and Kerrygold butter… yummo!! I grabbed this particular brand called baby boomer at Wal-Mart. It’s a great mix of red and yellow potatoes.
Ingredients needed:
baby potatoes
chicken broth
butter
dried parsley
garlic powder
How to make Instant Pot Baby Potatoes:
Add potatoes to the Instant Pot or electric pressure cooker. Pour in the broth and add 1 teaspoon salt. Pressure Cook for 2 minutes, and allow the pressure to release naturally for 5 minutes. Drain the liquid and and add the butter, remaining 1/2 teaspoon salt, parsley, garlic powder, and black pepper. Stir until butter and seasonings are well combined. Enjoy!

- * 2 tbsp butter
- * 1 tsp dried parsley
- * 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- * 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
