Kodiak pancake bites are a whole grain pancake/waffle mix found on the shelf at your everyday grocery store.
If you are like our family, we love pancakes in a variety of ways. I prefer an easier, less hands on, fast breakfast. These scrumptious pancake bites are the perfect breakfast treat!
These are so addicting… once you start making them this way, you just can’t stop! If you have kids, they are sometimes picky… but, even picky eaters like these pancake bites. The recipe makes 7 bites, but you can double your recipe for 14. Kodiak pancake bites would be a great sweet treat with your morning coffee.
INSTANT POT WHOLE GRAIN KODIAK PANCAKE BITES
- Kodiak Cakes has a huge variety of flavors and products, all of them are filled with 100% whole grains and lots of protein. To name a few: Buttermilk, Dark Chocolate, Cinnamon Oat, Chocolate Chip, Peanut Butter, and Pumpkin Flax
- Two ingredients: Kodiak Mix and water. That’s it, simple & tasty!
- I prefer pure maple syrup, but you can also cover them with berry syrup, honey, chocolate syrup or other choice.
TIPS
- You may use milk instead of water or add an egg.
- Add blueberries, chopped apples, chocolate chips, or other addition. . . the options are endless!
- Cook several batches all at once and store in the refrigerator for 3 days or freeze for a month. Thirty seconds in the microwave is all it needs to be ready to eat!

Instant Pot Kodiak Pancake Bites
Ingredients
- 1 c Kodiak pancake mix
- 3/4 c water
Instructions
- Grease the egg bite mold and put aside.
- Mix Kodiak pancake mix and water.
- Fill to 3/4 of each compartment.
- Place silicone lid or foil on top lightly.
- Pressure cook on high for 12 minutes with 5 minutes NPR.
- Drizzle with maple syrup or your choice of topping and enjoy!
- To freeze I put them in a freezer safe bag, squeeze it air out, they can last for 3-4 weeks. just reheat for 30 seconds to have at breakfast!
