Tortellini Alfredo
Is there anything better than cheese tortellini in alfredo sauce? If you’re like me, you will take any pasta covered in creamy garlic sauce. This is one of my husband’s favorites.
You can easily add veggies to this dish. My family prefers peas, but you could also use broccoli as a good substitute.
Simple ingredients needed
cheese tortellini
chicken broth
heavy cream
minced garlic
bacon bits
frozen peas
parmesan cheese
It’s one of those recipes to easily fall back on when life is just crazy and chaotic. It’s quick and easy and several items you probably already have on hand.
- Add tortellini, broth, cream, garlic and bacon on top to the Instant Pot. Do not stir.
- Pressure cook for 5 minutes with a 5 minute natural pressure release.
- Stir in peas and parmesan cheese. Scoop into bowls and enjoy.

- 1 c frozen peas
