These flavors are so good all mixed together… pineapple chicken with soy sauce and garlic, yummy! I like to pair it with mashed potatoes and a crescent roll.
Pineapple Chicken and Rice
- 1-2 chicken breasts (cubed)
- 1/2 c brown sugar
- 1-20 oz can pineapple chunks (with juice)
- 1/2 c soy sauce
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 c long grain white rice
- Add all of the ingredients to the pressure cooker and mix and cover with liquid.
- Set Instant Pot to high pressure for 12 minutes, with 10 minutes NPR.
- Stir and serve. Enjoy!
