It’s great to reheat as well. I place the leftover chicken in a container and then just reheat the amount needed for the next day lunch or dinner. Then place it on the bun.

Chicken Teriyaki Sandwich Ingredients:
- chicken breasts
- soy sauce
- crushed pineapple
- sugar
- butter
- flour
- buns
- Swiss cheese slices optional
- Pineapple chunks optional
How to make Chicken Teriyaki Sandwiches:
- Mix. Combine the soy sauce, crushed pineapple and sugar inside of the Instant Pot. Place the chicken breast in the liquid. Move them around and cover with the liquid.
- Cook. Pressure cook for 10 minutes. NPR for 5 minutes and then quick release the remaining pressure. Take the chicken out of the Instant Pot into a separate bowl and shred.
- Saute’. While the chicken is out of the IP, create a paste with the butter and flour. Turn the Instant Pot onto saute and stir the paste into the sauce. Simmer until the sauce has thickened to your liking. Once chicken is shredded, drizzle the thickened sauce on the chicken.
- Enjoy. Serve on buns with Swiss cheese and pineapples. Enjoy!
