Let me tell you about Chase Laughter. I’m Rebecca and I live in Kentucky with my husband and three kids. I have always had a passion for cooking, baking, and creating. I am a former elementary teacher and foodie blogger. My goal is for every reader to feel like they are chatting with an old friend that they have known for years. Good food brings families together!
Chase Laughter is a Food and Lifestyle Blog focused on bringing easy, simple & tasty family friendly meals (mostly Instant Pot) and fun to you. Known for a simplistic tasty twist to the kitchen, Chase Laughter gives easy ideas that makes being in the kitchen enjoyable for when life is busy! Any recipe that your will find on this page will not be complicated. I have learned that life goes by too fast and if you can make things easier such as dinner, it makes every evening that much more enjoyable. It is a joy to continuously share ideas with the Chase Laughter community. If I make something and it is a fail, I will not post it. Every recipe has been made and usually multiple times before sharing with my readers.
Beginning to use your Instant Pot or a seasoned cook, these recipes are perfect with simplified instructions. No need writing a book for one recipe, these get to the point so you can get dinner on the table. One of our favorite Instant Pot accessories is the egg bite mold. We have endless recipes using it other than simple egg bites which are extremely yummy and taste like ones you find in a coffee shop. Since I have three kids at different ages, we love to share some of our favorite treats especially near the holidays.
