Sweet and tangy Balsamic glazed pork chops brings all the flavors to the table.
These Balsamic glazed pork chops are loaded with zest from the balsamic vinaigrette, garlic and Italian seasoning. I recommend an organic extra virgin olive oil because it just brings all the flavors together in the most delicious way. Your family will love this meal. The Instant Pot allows the pork chops to come out incredibly tender that you don’t even need a knife. Perfect for a weeknight meal or even for the holidays.
What pork chops are the best?
All pork chops are not equally delicious. Pork chops are lean and somewhat quick to cook. When they are overly cooked, you will get a tough chewy piece of meat. When cooked correctly, they can be so juicy and flavorful. The pork loin porterhouse is known as the “cadillac” of pork chops. This cut comes from the hip part of the loin and includes a piece of the tenderloin and loin, separated by a T-shaped bone. If you do not have this type of chop, I would recommend the pork rib chop. It is cut from the center of the pork loin, which makes it tender with a good cut of meat and also includes a T-shaped rib bone. This is the kind I used above.
