I’m so excited about this recipe!! It has great flavors without being too much! It’s a mixture of cheesy spaghetti with taco and salsa flavor. Made all together in the Instant Pot, soo yum!
Ingredients needed:
* 6-7 chicken tenders
* 1 can of salsa or rotel
* 1 can cream of chicken soup
* 8 oz spaghetti noodles
* 4 cups chicken broth
* salt and pepper to taste
* 2 tsp dried minced garlic
* 2 tsp taco seasoning
* 8 oz cream cheese
* 1 cup shredded fiesta blend cheese
How to make Cheesy Taco Chicken Spaghetti:
Step 1:
Add your chicken, 1/2 of the can of rotel or salsa into your Instant Pot. Stir so everything is mixed well.
Step 2:
Break your noodles in half and put on top of your chicken.
Step 3:
Pour your 2nd half of the rotel on top of your noodles. Whisk together your can of cream of chicken soup and chicken broth, pour on top of noodles but do NOT stir.
Step 4:
Add taco seasoning, minced garlic and salt & pepper.
Step 5:
Close your lid and set to high pressure for 4 minutes with a 6 minute NPR.
Step 6:
Remove the chicken and shred and then add back.
Step 7:
Cut the cream cheese into cubes. Add to the Instant Pot and replace the lid. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
8. Stir in shredded cheese and serve!
Cheesy Taco Chicken Spaghetti
- 6-7 chicken strips
- 1 can salsa or rotel
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz spaghetti noodles
- 4 c chicken broth

- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 c shredded fiesta cheese
- salt & pepper to taste
- 2 tsp taco seasoning
