This meal is a great comfort food meal! I love that you can cook all of this at once! I use this steamer basket. Perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients needed:

• 6-7 chicken tenders

• 2 c chicken broth

• 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

• 1 tsp soy sauce

• 1/2 tsp minced garlic dried

• 1/2 tsp minced onion dried

• 1/2 tsp parsley dried

• salt and pepper to taste

• 5 potatoes peeled and diced

• 1 tbsp cornstarch

• 1/4 c water

How to make Chicken & Mashed Potatoes in the Instant Pot/ Pressure Cooker:

Step 1:

Pour the chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic, onion, and parsley into the Instant Pot.

Step 2:

Add the chicken tenders on top.

Step 3:

Peel and dice the potatoes and place in a steamer basket.

Step 4:

Put the steamer basket on top of the chicken in the Instant Pot.

Step 5:

Pressure cook on HIGH for 6 minutes, with a 6 minute NPR.

Step 6:

Remove the potatoes from the Instant Pot and mash the potatoes. Add butter, milk, salt & pepper to the potatoes and mash them.

Step 7:

Remove the chicken from the Instant Pot and set aside.

Step 8:

Turn the Instant Pot onto saute. Create the cornstarch slurry with the cornstarch and water.
