These chicken teriyaki bowls are perfect for a weeknight or to make ahead and have for lunch throughout the week.
Ingredients needed:
2 chicken breasts
Floret of fresh broccoli
1 bag of baby carrots
2 c. Jasmine rice
3 c. chicken broth
Chicken teriyaki sauce
Instructions:
1. Add your chicken breasts to the pressure cooker. Followed by your chopped broccoli, baby carrots chopped in half, rice and then broth.
2. Cover the pressure cooker and set for 6-8 minutes manual with a five minute NPR.
3. Remove chicken from pressure cooker and shred.
4. Add the chicken back in and lightly toss.
5. Serve in bowls and top with teriyaki sauce.

- 3 c chicken broth
Add your chicken breasts to the pressure cooker. Followed by your chopped broccoli, baby carrots chopped in half, rice and then broth.
Cover the pressure cooker and set for 6-8 minutes manual with a five minute NPR.
