Can I substitute some of the ingredients?
Yes, if you are not a peas and carrots fan substitute broccoli. You could even add in some bacon bits if desired. If you do not like canned cream of chicken, you could always use your homemade version.
Creamy Italian Chicken Ingredients needed:
chicken broth
rotini pasta
cream of chicken soup
Italian Dressing Mix
6-7 chicken tenders
frozen peas and carrots
cream cheese
How to make Creamy Italian Chicken Pasta:
- Add broth and pasta. Add the chicken broth, water and pasta to the pressure cooker.
- Add soup. Pour the cream of chicken soup on top of the pasta.
- Add flavor. Sprinkle the dressing mix packet in.
- Add chicken. Place the chicken tenders on top.
- Cook. Pressure Cook on HIGH for 6 minutes. Allow for a 6 minute NPR.
- Remove. Remove the cooked chicken and set aside.
- Add veggies. Stir in the frozen peas and carrots. Cut the cream cheese into pieces and set onto of the pasta. Return the lid and let the pressure cooker sit on warm for 5 minutes.
- Finish. Shred the chicken and once the five minutes are up, stir the cream cheese into the pasta until completely combined. Enjoy!
What is the best way to shred chicken?
I tell everyone about the meat shredding claws. It makes shredding so much easier with faster cleanup. Some really prefer to use a mixer, which also works really great. Lastly, you can always use two forks to shred your chicken.

Ingredients

- 1 lb rotini pasta
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pkg Italian dressing mix

- 12 oz frozen peas and carrots
- 8 oz cream cheese
Instructions
