- Potatoes: We use small gold potatoes as their buttery texture works perfectly, but you can also use red potatoes.

How to make Beef Stew in the Crockpot
Shake beef, salt, pepper and flour in a large zip bag. Then add to the crockpot. Place carrots and chopped potatoes in the crockpot. Add onion powder, minced garlic, onion mix packet, beef stew mix packet and broth to the crockpot. Mix thoroughly and then slice the butter and add on top. Cook on high for 4-6 hours or on low for 8 hours.

- 2 lb beef stew meat
- 1/4 c flour
- salt & pepper
- 12 oz bag of baby carrots
- 1.5 lb gold baby potatoes (chopped)
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 onion soup & dip mix packet
- 1 beef stew mix packet
- 2 c beef broth
- 1/2 stick butter
Instructions
