Instant Pot BBQ Grape Jelly Meatballs
These Instant Pot Meatballs cook from frozen and are coated in a sweet and tangy sauce made with BBQ sauce and grape jelly. A simple appetizer with 3 ingredients and ready in minutes!
Ingredients
- 2 c water
- 1 bag (26 oz) frozen meatballs
- 2 packages (12oz) smokies
- 8oz grape jelly
- 28oz BBQ sauce
Instructions
- Add 2 cups water to the Instant pot. Add the desired meatballs and smokies to the Instant pot.
- Pressure cook at 0 minutes with a quick release.
- Drain the water and keep the meatballs and smokies in the Instant pot.
- Add the barbecue sauce and grape jelly to the Instant pot. Select Sauté and cook, stirring frequently, until the jelly is melted and the sauce is smooth coating all and heating ingredients.
- Switch to the keep warm setting until ready to serve, stirring occasionally.
