This quick and easy dinner recipe will soon be a family favorite. What I love most about this meal is that these 3 ingredients last for weeks, so you can always have them in stock and ready to stick in the oven on crazy busy school nights. It’s also just as good eaten left over the next day. My oldest loves this pasta packed in her school lunch.
I call this dish, “lazy ravioli lasagna” because with all of the layering, it really does taste just like lasagna.
How to make INSTANT POT Lazy Ravioli Lasagna
Ingredients
1 c water
1 c pasta sauce
1 9oz. pkg cheese ravioli
1 c parmesan cheese
parsley on top if desired
Instructions
- Pour water into Instant Pot and add trivet.
- Using a cake pan or push pan, pour 1/2 cup of sauce into the bottom of the pan.
- Arrange cheese ravioli in the pan.
- Pour remaining 1/2 cup of sauce over ravioli.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese and parsley on top.
- Cover with foil and place onto the trivet.
- Pressure cook for 10 minutes with a quick release.
- Once complete, remove from the pan and place in a serving dish.
How to make CROCKPOT Lazy Ravioli Lasagna
Ingredients
2 regular size jars of pasta sauce
4 cups mozzarella cheese
25-30 oz frozen cheese ravioli uncooked
Instructions
- Spray the inside of a 6 qt slow cooker with cooking spray.
- Place 1 cup of pasta sauce in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Top with 1/2 of the ravioli and 1/4 of the cheese.
- Repeat layers ending with cheese.
- Cover and cook on low 3-4 hours.
