Maple syrup drizzled on top of the waffles and honey chicken… yum, sooo good!!
This is one of my daughters favorites!! I use mini waffles and they are perfectly bite sized! This simple recipe uses a handful of ingredients, it is a dump and go recipe.
Just heat up Eggo mini waffles in the toaster to put the chicken on when complete. Just add pure maple syrup, brown sugar, honey, soy sauce and cinnamon and those flavors give your chicken the best flavors!
Your whole family will love this recipe! You could easily pair it with veggies of your choice!
How to make Instant Pot Maple Honey Chicken Sliders
Place the chicken in the bottom of the pressure cooker.
Add maple syrup, honey, water, brown sugar, water, soy sauce and cinnamon.
Mix and coat the chicken on both sides.
Pressure cook on high for 10 minutes with NPR.
Remove from pressure cooker with slotted spoon, cut in half and place on prepared mini waffles. Drizzle with maple syrup or dip if desired.
Serve with sweet potatoes or other vegetables.

Ingredients
- 6-8 chicken tenders
- 1/2 c pure maple syrup
- 1/4 c brown sugar
- 1/4 c water
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- Eggo mini cinnamon waffles
