These easy mini s’mores bites just melt in your mouth and make the perfect after school snack.
3-ingredient After-school Snack
To make this sweet snack, you will need a box of golden grahams, a bag of mini marshmallows and a bag of milk chocolate chips.
How to make Mini S’mores Bites
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
- Line a baking pan with a baking mat or parchment paper. Place as many golden grahams as you want spacing them out.
- Place a marshmallow on each golden graham.
- Bake for only 3 minutes to soften the marshmallows.
- Remove from the oven and place a chocolate chip on top of each marshmallow.
- Bake in the oven for about 1 minute to soften the chocolate chips.
- Remove from oven and place another golden graham on top of each chocolate chip to complete the mini s’mores.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
- Note: You may want to keep some of the s’mores “uncapped” without the top golden graham, just omit the last step.
