Why Make Instant Pot No Peel Hard Boiled Eggs?
This recipe will have you wondering, why didn’t I know this? You will be astonished by how simple it is to cook perfect hard boiled eggs in the instant pot.

Can you actually crack an egg into a mold, cook it and have a boiled egg without peeling? YES!
This is another reason I love the instant pot and why you MUST make instant pot no peel hard boiled eggs!
There is only 1 main ingredient:
- Eggs
That is all you need besides your Instant Pot and egg bite mold. You don’t have to oil the egg bite mold but often do so they come out super easy.
How Many Eggs Should I Cook At Once?
You could cook just one hard boiled egg, or you could cook a full mold of eggs. As well as this, you could stack two molds on top of each other to cook a total of 14 if you prefer.
Steps to making Instant Pot No Peel Hard Boiled Eggs:
1. Add one cup of water to the Instant Pot.
2. Spray each compartment with cooking oil.
3. Break 7 eggs, 1 in each compartment of the egg bite mold.
4. Place egg bite mold on a trivet.
5. Pressure cook for 10 minutes with a 2 minute NPR.
6. Remove mold and let cool for a few minutes. Pop out and enjoy!

#3 says “break 7 eggs into each mold” You mean 1 egg in each compartment correct? I have a six quart will my water and time be the same?
