Loaded Air Fryer Potato Skins are easy, cheesy and a favorite appetizer recipe for parties and ball games.
These homemade potato skins are baked crispy, loaded with cheese, bacon and ready within 30 minutes! Potato Skins in the air fryer are so easy and so delicious! My favorite restaurant style appetizer has to be potato skins.
If you like green onions and sour cream, go ahead and add that on top. I have kids and we all like them like this. Air fried crispy potato skins loaded with tons of melted cheese and bacon bits are so easy!
What type of Air Fryer is best?
I use the Instant Vortex Plus Air Fryer. My favorite features are being able to see inside while cooking and it comes with 2 trays so that I can cook more food.
I do feel that the top tray cooks faster than the bottom, so when I go to flip the food I also flip the trays for more even cooking. I really like this air fryer also because of the easy clean up. The drip tray in the bottom makes it so easy!
