We love Taco Night at our house!! The kids get so excited about Instant Pot Shredded Chicken Tacos.
Instant Pot Shredded Chicken Tacos is incredibly easy!! Pick your favorite salsa and and toppings and taco night just got added to the dinner rotation.
We usually have taco night once a week and often we will do shredded chicken tacos and then create a taco bar with all our favorite toppings such as shredded cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, etc. I let the kids make their own tacos and they love it. We sometimes have the option of beef and chicken. I try to hide the taco shells before taco night because my kids like to make faces with the shells by eating out the eyes and mouth and putting them on their face. Ha!! Sometimes I join in on the fun!
Shredded Chicken Taco Ingredients needed:
chicken breasts halves or tenders, boneless and skinless

How to make Shredded Chicken Tacos:

Season the chicken breasts with half of the taco seasoning. Place the chicken breast at the bottom of the pressure cooker.
Step 2:
Add the broth, salsa, and sprinkle the remaining taco seasoning.
