Sloppy Joe Crescents
- 2 cans crescents rolls
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 c beef broth
- 3/4 c ketchup
- 1/4 c mustard
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 c brown sugar
- 2 tsp butter
- 2 tsp flour
- salt & pepper to taste

Place the beef broth and ground beef into the Instant Pot. Pressure cook on on high for 10 minutes with NPR.

Turn the Instant pot onto the sauté. Mix the ground beef with the ketchup, mustard, lemon juice and brown sugar until well combined.

In a small bowl, create a paste with the butter and flour and add it to the Instant Pot. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Preheat oven to 400°. Open a can of crescent rolls and roll the dough out onto a greased pan.

Pour the sloppy joe meat onto one of the rolled out crescent roll sheets. Spread around and leave space around the edges so you can seal the two pieces of dough together.

Place the other dough on top of the meat. Seal the dough around the edges. Bake at 400° for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
