Spinach and Artichoke Dip is the perfect appetizer for a crowd. This recipe brings great flavor with lots of yummy cheese! A dump and go recipe ready from start to finish within thirty minutes. Yum!
As much as I love coming up with new and creative appetizers, there are some classics that never get old. They’re the type of dishes that have been around for years of potlucks and parties and still a hit.
And one of my family’s favorite appetizers?
spinach and artichoke dip.
You can’t get much more crowd-pleasing than that.
WHAT INGREDIENTS DO I NEED?
To make your own dip, you’ll need the following ingredients:
chicken broth
fresh garlic
cream cheese
box of frozen spinach
shredded Parmesan cheese
shredded mozzarella cheese
can of artichoke hearts
sour cream
onion powder
IS SPINACH DIP HARD TO MAKE?
This recipe uses the Instant Pot which makes this dish extremely easy. It’s a dump and go recipe which you combine all the items except the shredded parmesan and mozzarella cheeses at the end. It comes out amazing every time. Just add some chips and you got an appetizer for your next party.
HOW LONG IS SPINACH AND ARTICHOKE DIP GOOD FOR?
Once prepared, it can be stored in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to four days.
When ready to eat, just put back in the Instant Pot or crockpot and warm.
HOW DO YOU MAKE HOT SPINACH DIP?
Put 3 cloves garlic in the Instant Pot with the chicken broth.
Drain artichokes and add to the Instant Pot.
Place frozen spinach, sour cream, cream cheese, and onion powder on top.
Pressure cook on HIGH for 4 minutes with a Quick Release.
Stir in cheeses and put into a bowl, serve with chips and enjoy!

- 10 oz box of frozen spinach
- 12 oz shredded Parmesan cheese
- 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
- 14 oz can of artichoke hearts
- 1/2 c sour cream
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
Instructions
- Put 3 cloves garlic in the Instant Pot with the chicken broth.
- Drain artichokes and add to the Instant Pot.
