Tacos and crescents together… these are perfect for a weeknight meal for your family, tailgating, appetizer or party food!! These are so easy and good! Just add all your favorite toppings, taco night never tasted soo good!!

Ingredients needed:

1 lb ground beef

2 cans Pillsbury crescent rolls

4 tbsp taco seasoning mix

6 tbsp water

2 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese

*Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, sour cream, onion, and guacamole

How to make Taco Crescent Spirals:

Step 1:

Preheat oven to 400°F and lightly spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.

Step 2:

In the IP brown the ground beef in a little bit of oil, using the sauté function of your Instant Pot, and cook as you would over the stove. Once the ground beef is cooked throughly–about 6-7 minutes, drain. Add taco seasoning and water and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Set aside.

Step 3:

Take crescent dough out of its package and unroll both onto a flat surface.

Step 4:

Add half of the taco meat evenly on top of the dough and half on the other. Sprinkle the cheese evenly on top. Roll dough tightly up into a roll. Using a knife, make about 1-inch slices along the roll.

Step 5:

Place rolls on baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes or until tops are golden brown.

Step 6:

Serve immediately and top with desired toppings such as cheese and lettuce, onion, guacamole, sour cream, etc.
