How to make INSTANT POT TACO MAC:
Just five ingredients and five steps give you an easy Instant Pot meal. Here are the basic steps to making taco mac and cheese:
1. Sauté the ground beef and then scrape/deglaze the bottom.
2. Add in this order; water, salsa, taco seasoning and macaroni on top.
3. Lightly press the macaroni beneath the water with a spoon.
4. Pressure cook for 6 minutes with a 6 minute NPR.
5. Once complete, stir in the shredded cheese. Scoop into bowls and enjoy!

- 1/2 c Thick & Chunky Salsa
- 2 tsp. Taco seasoning
- 2 c elbow macaroni, uncooked
- 8 oz. shredded taco/fiesta cheese
Instructions
