Add the Taco Ring to your weeknight dinner rotation. It is always a hit with the kids when I make this! Cut into slices and add toppings of your choice. We also enjoy chips and salsa to go along with it.
Taco Crescent Ring
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 pkg taco seasoning mix
- 1/2 c water
- 2 c shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cans crescent dinner rolls
- shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, chopped tomatoes, spur cream, chips & salsa
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Cook beef and add taco seasoning and water. Simmer a few minutes.
Unroll the crescent rolls and arrange triangles in ring overlapping each other and appearing like the sun.
Place meat mixture on the inner part of the ring and sprinkle with cheese.
Pull each triangle up and over tucking it back under bottom layer. Repeat enclosing the ring.
Bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown. Once complete, let cool, slice and serve.
