Air Fryer Tuna Cakes are delicious and so simple, and each bite is full of flavor.

Tuna Cakes are so good. You could easily make with salmon if you choose. These would be perfect for a weeknight dinner with maybe broccoli and some type of potato. If you are needing an appetizer, these could also be an option.

These tuna cakes are simple because you basically mix all the ingredients, chill, form into patties and air fry! This recipe makes about 18. I use the Instant Vortex Plus which allows you to make them all at once. If you have a smaller air fryer, you could divide in half them.

Cooking tuna cakes has never been easier when using your air fryer. When I used to pan fry tuna cakes, I always had to be careful about them sticking to the bottom and tearing apart, or having them overcook on the outside. Not anymore!

CAN TUNA CAKES BE FROZEN?

Yes! Once you shape them into patties, individually wrap them in an airtight container and freeze for up to three months. When ready to cook, fully defrost, then proceed with cooking according to the recipe instructions.

If you like Tuna Cakes, you make also like Instant Pot Tuna Casserole.
